Description
The Hermès Chypre in nude is the neutral, go-with-everything version of the house's everyday sandal. The soft nude tone is the most versatile colour the Chypre comes in, quiet enough to disappear under almost any outfit, which is much of why the pale shades sell through the boutiques quickly.
The Chypre is Hermès' take on the techno-sandal: a wide band across the foot carries the Hermès H as a cut-out, and the strap fastens with adjustable velcro so the fit can be set rather than guessed. Underneath, the footbed is contoured to support the foot and the thick anatomical rubber sole has the H worked into its tread, which gives real grip and makes it a sandal you can genuinely walk in all day.
