The Louis Vuitton Capucines BB in green crocodile is one of the most exclusive versions of the bag, executed in exotic skin. The Capucines is Louis Vuitton's top-tier leather-goods line, named after Rue Neuve-des-Capucines, the Paris street where the house opened its first store in 1854, and in crocodile it moves into a different tier again, since exotic skins are hand-selected and worked in tiny numbers. This one is a rich green, a colour that shows off the natural pattern and shine of the croc.
The signature detail is the LV initials on the front flap, which flip: turn the "V" behind the "L" for a discreet look, or in front to show the full monogram. It is a structured top-handle bag, and the BB is the smallest size, around 27 by 18 by 9 cm, with a removable, adjustable shoulder strap so it can be carried by the handle or worn cross-body.
